Put the Blue Gue Anti Squeal between teh pads and the Caliper/Piston and Never seiz between the ends of the pads that touch the caliper frame.

Done

P.S. I use Dustless Pads which tend to Squeal a little bit more, so I have to do the above for peace of mind
