I found out what was wrong, but I still need help (archive)

I used the schematics that Bob sent and I found out every thing is OK on the pin side. I also used an oscilloscope to watch the signals on the pins. I pulled out the EPROM from the ECU and took it to an ECU repair shop. The technician checked the chip and there was no program in it.
Now because they do not have my ECU's (0 261 200 013-Bosch)program I need the program or a new chip. There is a number (2 537 355 977) on the label sticked to the erasing window of EPROM. Probobly this is the software no.
Does anybody knows a place that I can buy the program or chip. I prefer the program because I can download it from internet after paying which is quicker way.
