The fuse is OK. I can't hear anything bringing fuel to the injectors that I just emptied the gas out of. (Pressure regulator, fuel rail)

Yes, trye this,
unhook battery and hook back up,
people have a tendancy to foget that many
times the sytem will jump into lock mode,
if that does not work, check fuel pump fuse,
and relay.
