LOL Jens. Yes I know what you mean about the speed. The first time I drove the autobahn it was pouring down rain. I was going to Frankfurt--about 1.5 hrs from my home at about 100mph. I moved into the fast lane to get around a truck and got trapped going over 100mph in the rian and bumper to bumper all the way to Frankfurt. When I got out of the car I couldn't uncurl my fingers. I have since learned to drive with my fingrs over the horn button.

It only took that once though to learn the system here. Now I zip along and enjoy it though I still get the curled finger syndrom if I'm on over an hour or so. I have to pull into the slow lane just to get the kinks out---then it's right back at it. Love it! Most americans I know think I am nuts.
