Sorry to hear that a few dirtbags took advantage of your Carfax account. Late last year I paid for the trial account and I also sent out quite a few reports for other Bimmerphiles. However, I sent out the reports from my regular e-mail address, not the actual one I used for Carfax fearing the same thing that happened to you would happen to me.
