I replaced four vacuum hoses, took it for a drive and everything worked fine. Parked in the driveway for an hour, started it up, wouldn't hardly idle. Started out of the driveway and it dies as soon as you take your foot off the gas, starts back up if you give a little throttle. Every day something new. I checked all the vacuum lines and they are still tight. Any ideas?????

Could be many things:
Throttle Idle switch; coolant temperature sensor; if it is a 745i then it is also possible the air pressure sensor.
Air flow meter could also be the case, but that could get expensive.
regards
Hans
