1) Turbo fan and aux. fan are unrelated. Turbo fan timer gets its signal from temp sensor under #6 intake tube. See the site below for more on troubleshooting the turbo fan. Aux. fan is controlled by the two sensors on lower corner of radiator passenger side.

2) The brown/red wire goes to pin #13 of the Motronic as I said before.
