editor's note - straight 6's run smoother, most US V6's are V8's with 2 cylinders chopped off a 45 degree piston angle designed for 8 cylinder operation. Although several tricks are used to make them run smoother, they are notoriusly rough running engines.
editor's note #2 - who would buy a car from someone who had never lifted the hood to find out that the 6 was straight and not a V. To me this implies how often the oil, plugs ect. were changed and what kind of maintenance the poor car must have gotten.
Can I saw the block in half? I was told by a chevy man that a V6 runs a lot smoother. Now i'm unhappy. I want a V6 so I can go to the "Heart of America" Rallys. I want to be able to buy a Dale Ernhardt sticker, and maybe get a GM tattoo on my butt. This guy said he gets more girls because he drives a chevie. Now i'm really depressed, cause he called me a yuppy. This is almost as depressing as Todd Crossleys bad Air Flow Meter. Well maybe not that bad.... You know, maybe I'll just go home and install a set of Deer Whistles on my bimmer, and I'll feel better. "OH WHAT THE HELL", WHY NOT!
