Internally, the 745i motor bears no resemblance to your 3.5. All parts are different, including the block, head, and all internals. If you want to make this switch, you'll have to find a 745i, and throw out the 3.5.

I'm curious. Did they teach you spelling, grammar, and punctuation in school?
