When I did a 5 speed conversion on my 745i, I bought an entire 5SP 733. It provided ALL the parts, including tranny, flywheel, driveshaft, etc.

If you're going to do a 745i conversion, you'll have to buy an entire 745i, preferably a running one. that way you get the entire engine, harness, exhaust, intercooler, oil cooler, etc......
