I was wiring a fuse into the HVAC Vacuum system and rear window defrost circuit. (They are both on the same circuit so I relocated them both at the same time) I was working on a solving an HVAC problem when the starting issue began. So, I put everything back the way it was and figured I better solve one problem at a time.
