Good morning! 1982 733i=no start. Well I was able to take the time and crawl under to "silent beast". When I turned the flywheel I saw 2 small studs, facing rear approx. 1/8" . Turning the fly wheel approx 90-180 there is what looks like a small "broken off area". The part that is left points to the sensor but there is only agout 1/8-1/4 inch remaining.

Does this mean replacing the fly wheel? Or does this sound like a job for JB Weld?

Thanks so much for your help.

Steve
