bmw 745i vs porsche 968cs (archive)

Does anubody know if the 745i is quicker than a porsche 968cs?A friend of mine ownes a 968cs and he wants to race his car against my 745i.Anybody who knows accelaration times of the two cars will help me a lot because i don't know whether to accept his challenge or not!
