question for all... new tires and rims unbalanced? (archive)

I just recently purchased Quantum Tech rims(15") and Kelly tires for my 85-735i. Before I put these on, I had nothing out of balance. The car had no wobble whatsoever until about 100mph. Now that is all I get, lots of wobble. I have taken the car in 2x to have them check it out, and still, I get this bouncing like something is out of balance. Any ideas? The car does not need an alignment, and all of the steering is good. I am thinking I have some crappy tires or something.....please help.
