Is it just a screw on and off job? or should I depresurize or drain the power steering/brake system? any thing I should look out for?

After you depressurize (I think by pumping the pedal about ten or so times)then (after you've meticulously cleaned all the lines/fittings to the regulator, remove it with the bomb, cap all your lines then put the reg in a vice. Get some doubleback foam tape, put it around the bomb where you will be gripping it to unscrew it. Grunt, then unscrew. Follow the ATE instructions for reinstallation. Cheers....KD
