I know they stopped making the so called shark nosed cars in '82 I just dont know what they mean by shark nose. The 82s-83s look just about the same so why isnt an 83 called shark nose too? Is it the angle of the front making a sort of open mouthed shark look from the tip of the front to back of the turn signal to the tip of the bumper?

I am not sure, but that makes sense to me. I also noticed a difference in the 1978-79 733i in the front.HC
