745i headlight wipers (archive)

The passenger side headlight wiper doesn't work on my 745i; and whenever I try to turn them on; a lot of "fluid" leaks out of the passenger side of the car; just in front of the passenger side front tire. The one on the drivers side works just fine. Any suggestions as to what is causing this?
