Chris,

Please be more specific about 'not turn over. ' When you say 'not turn over,' to me, that means no reaction when you turn the key - a dead battery, main relay, bad ignition switch, etc. If the engine tries to turn, do you have spark, is there fuel? Please tell specifically what happens when you turn the key. Is the car in park? Are you certain?
