When I connect the 2 wires at the "lock-out" switch on the console, and then push the lock-out switch, the fuse blows. The wires are good from pillar to rear door switch. I'm having trouble tracing the wire from the pillar to the center console. Thanks.
JJ
Thes 2 wires only make a circut,
I/E closes to the rear the circut
to the rear switches,
have you tried to just connect them
to each other to make sure there is
no short in the switch? If so, then I would check by the rear doors,
behind rubber boot, for exposed or broken
wire, it is obias one of your hot wire,
ones closing the circut, is grounding.
Hope this helps.
Sincerely Jens
No these to wires are not the same as the control
wires from front switching,
