Did it ever work?
If so how did it stop working I/E
at what point?

It actually stopped working about 12 years ago when my Dad owned the car. My goal now is to verify the signal at the instrument cluster. Does anyone have the wiring diagram for the cluster? As previously stated the boards are perfect now...to NASA specs(used to be certified). Thanks for your continued interest in my problem.
