PLEASE HELP... My E23 will not start (archive)

I went away for my vacation and let my car sat for three weeks. When I came back home, I tried to start my car. It cranked but it won't start. The starter should be okay because I cranked so many times (the motor and fan turned), and it drained out my battery. I tried using the starting fluid, but it still won't start. And I poured in a few gallons of gasoline into the tank, and it's the same. (The reason I did this is when I left for vacation, the tank was near emptied)

Can some experts here give me some instructions on what to do next??
