Mike this would have nothing to do with rear drain,
if any drain I would say front drains,
ok if you open your sunroof,
you will see 2 holes in the front poor
water down there and see if it comes thure,

but in your case I can only think of 3 things,

1.) but not likly window seal,
2.) more likely your water is not draining by the grill. remove grills below windshield wipers,
check the whole metal I/E rusted or it can not drain. Just chaek that whole area.

3.) Drain on fender drivers side, right in front
of by the fire wall you see a big hole where wires
go into the car, cylacone those very well.
