Have a 85 735 4hp22, non-electronic that went bad. Bought a used replacement. Didn't check the bell housings for a match before exchanging my old one. New trans doesn't seem to fit quite right. Trouble with the starter housing lining up, inspection cover doesn't fit, bolts wrong lengths, etc. Just doesn't look right. Is there more than one type of bell housing for this trans in this year? The new trans supposedly came from a 85 735 also. HELP!
