HVAC Question..Have Working Pump Now! (archive)

Now that i have my pump, and i can see how my system is running with it i have a couple of questions. One is For some reason i get no air in the back, even with the rear button pushed, what could cause that? Also usally when i change a HVAC mode(heat,air, int., etc) the vacuum pump will come on for 10 seconds for so, this doesn't do it ever time. Does this mean i have a slow leak somewhere, where should i start? But ever think seems to work, COLD, VERY COLD air, always comes out of the right vents and when i choose heater, i get hot air. Also i don't have hot air coming thought the defrost vents anymore!!!

Well, thanks for everyones help thought this project of mine, it's taken awhile for me to finish but it was well worth the time.
