Hi

Main dealers in the UK have a fixed price for this potentially long and difficult job. Supply your own and they do the hard part for about £65 all in, approx $50 US as I did.
It took the dealer over five hours of labour but they could not charge more. Without this fixed price it would have been about $300 US. Try your dealer for this service.

Does anybody have any suggestions on how to remove the sub frame bushings from the sub frame itself. I have tried a gear puller which only succeeds in pulling the sub frame, bushing and all off the center bolt. I tried to burn it out with a Burnz-O-matic but that doesn't seem to get hot enough and i'm concerned that a hotter torch may take the temper out of the center bolt. I'm going to try to cut it out with a sawz-all tomorrow but would like to get some others experiances with these annoying little busings. Thanks in advance.
