Alignement is easy,
remove panel above viser, ones you remove motor,
install cables make sure the are nice and flat,
also make sure sunroof is in proper closed position, now make sure when reinserting motor
the cables have same tension, before any thing
after installing motor, adjust micro switch so it
is in the first "Click" position,
now trye it, you may need to reudjust microswitch,
but do NOT reinstall the vinal which covers your
motor and micro switch tuill you tryed to open
and close a couple times and it works.
