My guess is insurance is going to try to lowball you since that is their basic business; So don't give in to pressure ie. they come up with a price that seems inaccurate ask them how they come up with that as any that you see are worth such and such but have something to back your claims see below roundel etc. If you have pictures and receipts of recent work you might be able to get an apprasial of apx value for a fee. Also ask insurance company "to find a comparable replacement for the amount they offer". Hope this gives you a little push rather than be afraid to deal with them . jim
