Thanks for your help. Regarding the turbo vacuum controller. This is the little guy mounted on the valve cover with an electical connection and three vacuum nipples. Two on one side and one on the other. On my 745i, one vacuum nipple is connected to the intake manifold, the other to the wastegate (which is functioning properly - I took it apart already). The other vacuum nipple (the one all by itself) is not connected to anything. Is this normal? If not what should it be connected to?
