mine has a crack in one of the folds. I filled it with some high temperature resistant, metal patch compound. Spread it over the cracks and all around the fold. It hardens like a rock and seals the leak. It may not be permanent. It lasted a few years - then required another 'treatment'.

There is a bellows type expansion joint in one of the two manifold pipes and it is leaking exhaust gases (not to mention that it sounds odd). Is it really important or could I just replace it with a solid pipe. Someone help me out before I do something rash. Thanks... Tom B.
