Hi I have a Euro 732i and was looking at buying a chilton manual. But this only covers the US and Canadian 733i. Are they pretty much similar, or would the manual be no use for my model.

The Chilton manual is ok, but if your planning on doing any serious work, buy the Bentley 5 series manual. It goes into great detail on checking electronics, sensors,etc. Whereas, the chilton manual is vague.
