I've seen an interior from an E32 7 series in an 81 745i. The car had all the door panels and both front and rear seats. It looked pretty cool.
You may find these interiors in a little better shape than one from an E23.

The interior in my '84 745i is thrashed. I was wondering what year 7 series interior would fit into my '84. I basically just need the seats, console and door pannels. How much would all those parts cost...ballpark figure.

Also, has anyone ever used that leather/vinyl interior paint? I'm half tempted to give it a try since the interior is so bad. It's not ripped up, the leather is just very brittle and discolored. Leather cleaner/conditioner did nothing. It has the Buffalo skin interior.
