I never heard of green tranny fluid; Could it possible be antifreeze the transmission lines hook to the radiator on the passenger side of car to help keep tranny cool. Maybe disconnect line there and find a way to run tranny through inlets/outlets and see if it changes color or just see if antifreeze keeps coming out
