E23's had different diameter of springs depending on their "sticker" or otherwise how much the car weights...
There's three different diameter to order for front springs and two for rear one on H&R list. You have to mesure up your original springs first and order the right one. If not, you may get too high or too low on the front or at the rear depending on wich one have you been mistaking at.

PS, I've had H&R's on my both 735 and 745. Both look great low and not slamming on front or at the rear...

As far as I know the only choices now are H&R and Dinan. I've tried both and the H&Rs ended up slamming the front end. However, a friend of mine for some reason did not have this problem.

I'd recommend the Dinans for your purpose.
