Go in back seat, remove to phillip screws the bottom of black plastic peace, then remove black peace, now you should see 2 more phillip screws remove them, now lift the rear peace in the back and up wards, to the front you will see a 10mm bolt below now, remove it, remove ashtray and the 4 phillip screws which hold the plastic peace, there you will see in the upper corner to phillip screws holding the front peace to fron mount, now at bottom center drivers side and passenger side, by the center vents forward on each side you will see i phillip screwe remove each side, now it will lift out.
