I can give you the whol process, but with no pain
I doubt that.
Let me know and I will give it to you if you wish,
long story short the whole sunroof has to be removed first.

Adjusting closing position.
Make sure your sunroof is in the closed postition you whant it at, then remove motor,
push putton revers and the forward, stop shortly
after you hear a "Cklick" sound, reinstall motor,
move sunroof and see if it works,
do this tuill you have it in proper position,
of closed and click,
also check your cables for damage
