#2 make sure all the links and bushings are ok (even switch to "squeaky" polyurethane) to ensure that your sway bar is doing it's job.
#2a) find a larger diameter sway bar (with adjustable end links if you are lucky).
#3 I don't think US spec e-23's had rear sway bars, BUT since the 745 did, most US spec frames had the holes pre-drilled for mounting brackets.
(I used them to mount my rear sway bar). Actually, the way your car is behaving, you don't want a rear sway bar.
#4 check tire pressures and review Eric's post.
#5 you might consider wider tires for the rear, e.g. 245mm
#7 the sport setup is aimed towards more neutral handling and in your case, that translates into easier oversteer.
how did your car handle, lean, and ride BEFORE you did any mods?
