Hibernating L7 (archive)

I don't plan on driving my L7 during the 4 or 5 heavily salted months of winter. I plan on starting it once a week and taking it out when weather permits. The car will be kept in a covered parking bay so it will see ambient temperatures. Should I keep the gas tank full? Should I change oil before storing it away for winter? Any suggestions hibernating practices would be greatly appreciated.
