of what you buy in a 745. It is very easy to be caught into buying something that you will spend allot of money on. If you must have a 745 then save your money and buy one that is in as good a condition as possiable. These cars require allot of skill to keep up.

Some people seem to think that a 745 is just another 7 series with a turbo. This is far from the truth. The more I mess with the 745 the more I relize this.

I bought an 86 with only 90,000 miles on it. I thought it was in great shape. It really is but I spent over $1000.00 right after I bought it and had only driven it 25 miles. My luck was it started running bad and found out it had a blown head gasket and some burnt valves. To date I have spent over $3000.00 and no one but myself has touched it. I wish I knew how to post pictures as I would love to show it off.

I guess my point is to be carful of what you buy. Drive it look at it leave it for awhile. Then come back drive it again and make sure it's the one!

If your lucky and buy the right one you will never look back and say I am sorry I bought that!!
