I don't know what state you are in or where it comes from, but here in California I wouldn't touch a grey market car that wasn't already registered in Ca. due to the smog control issues. Aside from that be aware that a 745i is a much different animal from our 735i, there are lots of things that are different, not just a turbo. Having said that, I would love the right one myself.
