Alright folks, parents say that she must go, what other reason do you need.

Beautiful exterior, interior ok (rip in driver's seat etc)
replaced transmission @ 150XXX
Bilstein/H&R suspension less than one year old
Needs master cylinder soon
Dime-sized dent in right front quarter panel
Have nice 17" rims w/ Pirelli snow tires
Cibie euro lights w/relays
