The oil leak if coming from the drivers side rear of head is most likely the oil pressure sending unit. As far as your tires go have you checked the ride heigth? On the self leveling system this is done VIA the controll rod from the sway bar to the switch. There could be other issues depending on mileage and wear on rubber components.

How do I check the ride heigth?Oil seems to be mostly on the pass. side (right)
