Hi Scott,

Maybe if you describe the "tilt" more precisely we could try and help :

1- Is the bumper itself bent or is it straight but misaligned with the body ?
2- Is it torsionally twisted ?
3- is it bent slightly like this : ____/ ? like a v on the horizontal plane
4- Is the chrome dented/bent ?

From my personal experience, bent bumpers with damaged chrome part can only be replaced. If it's all just a matter of alignement , then that's a different story and can be done.
