correct me if im wrong but this is what i understand of xenon lights:

you have to get a whole system for the lights, ignitors, lenses, positioners etc. thats for true xenon lights

there are some manufactureres that make a halogen/xenon mix light that's a bit brighter than regular halogen lights. also there are ones that are painted the blueish color that the xenon lights give.

in my opinion i think they're useless unless they come with a car that you buy new, i think there was rumors of the DOT thinking about not allowing xenon lights cause of the excessive glare they give to other drivers (have you seen a car with xenons before? its really annoying)

all in all i dont think it a very good investment
