Bruce,
This can be a 10 min job. I just take a cold chisel and a small hand sludge and smack it hard with the chisel to turn the ball with everything still attached. The ball will screw right off and although it's tight, like so many things on the car, fish it out and screw the new one on. Presto chango, quick job. I've done it 10 times over 15 years with 9 cars. steve

Just bought a new nitro ball (brake bomb, acumulator...) after reading the instructions, Do I realy need to remove the portion its attached to? It says I have to disconect brake lines and such. IF, this is the only proper way to do it, I'm ok with it then. I just want to know.
Thank You Bruce Y
