I am trying to sell this car for my dad, my parents are moving back across country and he does not want to take this with him. We have had the car since 1980, and it only has 30,000 miles on it. We brought the car back to the states with us in 1983 and it was marginally federalized at the time. The car is olive green metallic with olive green camel hair interior. The paint is in absolutely EXCELLENT condtiton. The ca has a very odd assortment of options, having electric door locks, manual windows and NO sun roof. It aslo has a BBS front air dam that was installed when new that really looks great. It was apparently one of the very first ones off the assembly line as well.
It does have a few problems, however, the auto-leveling suspension has recently gone out, thus the car has been forced to sit until we figure out what to do with it. You can either fix it or bypass it. It also needs new tires. The car has basically been stored for the past 15 years, and has been taken out every few months and driven to keep everything in order. Overall it is a VERY interesting and unique 745.
We need to get rid of this car and I need to know what a fair price would be to sell it. I know it has some collectable value according to many emails i received a while back, but also understand that due to the auto-lev, it will need some work. Please post or email me an idea of a fair price, or MAKE ME AN OFFER!! I will be at my parents home for thanksgiving and can take pictures, or could arrange for you to look at it then!! The car is located in Northern VA. Please let me know what this is worth!! Thanks
