You need to rebuild the brake booster. Search for "rebuild brake booster", it will give you the informations about the o-ring size to use, where to get it and the procedure. The important thing to remember is before opening the screw make sure to put a cloth around the open end because there is a heavy spring inside. To prevent that hurt your eye, do not face that open end.

My 86' 735i is leaking PS fluid from the weep hole on the Brake Booster. I noticed a small drip a week after I replaced the Master Cylinder a few months back. Went out to drive the car a few weeks ago and found a puddle under the car (not too big a puddle), but last night went to drive the car and the puddle was big. Could this just be the o-ring between the Brake Booster and the Master Cylinder ?? This car is not driven very much.

Thanks for any info.

Brent...
