I just took apart a booster from an 86 735i. It was an ATE brand. The o-rings sizes were differant to the ones posted by James and also contained 2 teflon rings on the large piston. I can find all of the parts except the 9.5 mm id x 22 mm Seal in the nose of the plastic part that holds the spring in. Apperantly that is an odd size and is so far not available.Jon Jacobs
Which O rings were different? I had a hard time getting the smallest one to fit so I exchanged it I just dont remember the size, the teflon o rings are, as far as I know, unavalible but should still work, and that large o-ring (I'm guessing) is the smaller one on the black plastic thing.....I couldnt find that either, so I glued it in (it gave me trouble by popping out after I finished it all and put everything back...)
