I was ready to buy one until he told me that it had to be bent in half for shipping. Anybody with experience on this type of deal?

Bent in half?,what kind of material and what thickness lends itself to THAT deal??
I ship spoilers whole and recieve them boxed whole AND straight,with no problem.UPS doesn't argue.I'd pass on that deal,Todd.
