The link below tells you how to get the door panels off. I've never removed the sills, but it can't be that difficult when everything else is off.


The car that I just bought ('85 735) is missing the back of the drivers seat - does anyone have one of these they would be willing to sell me? The interior is Pearl Beige - but reasonably close ones would do - or anything would do if cheap enough - even a blue one would be better than seeing the seat guts right now.

Also - the black trim along the window sill on the inside of the door - is that a separate piece, or is that a part of the door panel. Imagine the spot where your arm would rest if you had the window down and your arm on the window sill. mine (drivers side) has a big hole in the vinyl and I'd like to replace it...
