Shorter driveshaft, another shifter linkage. The 4hp22 does not have any electronics, unless it is a EH one. I replaced my K-jet 520i 3hp22 with L-jet 2.8 motor and 4hp22. Also different mounting positions. Info on it on my homepage under E-28
